With just over a month to go until our two shows at the historic Fillmore in San Francisco, we’re really pleased to announce that we will have Dean & Britta playing both nights with us. We are all big fans of their music in Galaxie 500 and Luna, and they’ll be playing old and new songs with a 3-piece band.
From Nick – The Bay Area has always been a special place for us, from our early shows at Slim’s with RIDE and The Catherine Wheel, to our reunion show at The Warfield with Low in 2014, and last year at The Fox Theater in Oakland with Cherry Glazerr. We’ve made many friends over the years and I’m lucky to now call the Bay Area my second home after getting married here last year. The Fillmore is a venue at which we’re all proud to finally have a chance to perform, and we’ll be playing songs from the early EPs right up to the latest album, including a few that we haven’t played for some time…
